Our Vision, Mission and Target

Our Vision is
To become a successful youth initiative within solidarity thereby producing, sharing,
training, developing and having fun, but not loosing the spirit of youthfulness

Our Mission is
To redound individuals who are capable of taking the advantages of diversity, are
tolerant, are open-minded, and are reconciled to her/himself and the society, by
setting up an organization which locally, nationally and internationally appreciate
productivity in the fields of Youth, Art, Research and Training; solidarity within the
society, and personal development of the youth.

Our Target

Our preferential target group is the individuals with fewer opportunities, but high
interest in social and cultural matters. Moreover, our potential members are all the
youth in Türkiye through our active social and cultural activities.

What do we Aim at?

We Aim to
- Execute functional and professional Project-based activities;
- Develop and enrich local, national and international partnerships;
- Lead and support the individuals, NGOs, SME enterprises, institutions and
initiatives willing to use available funds;
- Start professional enterprises using international connections in the areas of
education and research;
- Organize social activities which will serve to the society, especially the youth, by
using formal and informal educational tools.

Who are YOUTH A.R.T.?

YOUTH A.R.T. is a youth-based, non-governmental and non-political initiative
founded by a group of active youth workers, volunteers, academicians,
coordinators and project developers, each of whom are well-educated and
experienced in the fields of project management, art, research and training for and
with the youth.

Strengthening through long-term relationships as friends and colleagues,
individuals within YOUTH A.R.T. are leaded by an experienced team that is
aiming to voluntarily promote the youth to take more volunteer active roles in the
society through social and cultural activities with the tools of art (drama, painting,
music, literature, cinema and graphics), research (academic and social) and
training (formal and informal), at local, national and international levels thanks to
programs within universities, local authorities, Council of Europe, European
Commission; specifically SALTO, Youth in Action, Leonardo, Euro-med.

YOUTH A.R.T. is an official partner of "TDM 2000 International Network".
