Bir Soru: Proje Duyurusu, Başvurusu ve Katılımı Nasıl Oluyor?

Youth A.R.T. olarak ortak olduğumuz projeler kabul edildikten sonra tüm üyelerimize katılım formu ile içeren bir duyuru yapıyoruz. Projelerde yer almak isteyenler formu güzelce doldurduktan sonra, proje koordinatörleri tarafından değerlendirilerek belirli kriterlere göre seçiliyor.

Bu işlemleri projenin gerçekleşeceği tarihlerden en az 1,5 - 2 varken bitirmeye çalışıyoruz ki, katılımcılar proje hazırlıkları için zaman sıkıntısı çekmesin. Bazen ise, yeterli hazırlığı yapamayacak kadar kısa süre içerisinde gerçekleşmesi planlanan katılımcı talepleri alıyoruz. Bu gibi ivedi durumlarda ise pratik çözümler üretmek, hızlı hareket etmek durumunda oluyoruz. Mesela, katılımcı seçim sürecini uygulamaktansa, projenin gerçekleşeceği ülkenin vize gerekliliğine, proje temasına ve talep edilen diğer şartlara göre atama yöntemiyle katılımcıları belirliyoruz.

Tüm proje ve etkinliklerimizi öncelikle youtharti@yahoogroups.com e-posta listemizde, ve facebook grubumuzda ve websitemizde duyuruyoruz. Coğrafi ve sosyal anlamlarda Türkiye'nin ve hatta dünyanın bir çok köşesinde ikamet etmekte olan üyelerimize ulaşabilmemizin en pratik yolu online iletişim araçları.....

Olabildiğince sık ve düzenli olarak grup toplantıları yaparak da bir araya gelmeye çalışıyoruz. Samimi dostlardan oluşan 20-25 kişilik aktif bir çekirdek kadromuz olmakla birlikte, e-listelerimizde 150'ye yakın üyemiz var...
